2010-2011 Leasing Information
If you are interested in living at The Courtyards for the 2010-2011 lease term, please choose one of the options below.
Applying to The Courtyards - This page is for all new Courtyards applicants trying to lease for the first time. This information also pertains to students being pulled in by current residents.
Renewal Leasing Information - This page is for CURRENT Courtyards residents interested in returning for the next lease term. Current residents who wish to return may submit an online Renewal Intent Form click here.
Study Abroad Students - This page is for PREVIOUS Courtyards residents looking for information on returning to the complex after completing a Study Abroad Program

Information Sessions will be held on
Wednesday, January 27th from 5:00pm - 7:30pm & Thursday, January 28th,
7:00pm - 9:30pm, Skinner Auditorium (0200 Skinner Hall)
Staff from the Department of Resident Life, The Courtyards and South Campus
Commons will be on hand to answer your questions on applying, priority and
eligibility and can provide detailed information on each of the communities.
