1.18.2012 - Clubhouse Closed 1/21 and Delayed Opening 1/22

The Clubhouse will be closed all day on Saturday, January 21, 2012 for Community Assistant Training.  The Clubhouse will open late on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 2pm.  We apologize for any inconvenience as we prepare our staff to continue offering top-notch customer service to Courtyards residents.

1.16.2012 - Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday

The Courtyards Main Office will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2012 in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.  The Clubhouse and After Hours Desk will be open from 5-10pm.

11.2.2011 - Spring 2012 Releasing Information

Do you need to be released from your current lease agreement with the Courtyards? If so, you will need to transfer your lease to another student for the remainder of hte lease year. If you complete the Re-Leasing process, you will no longer hold a lease at The Courtyards for the 2011-2012 lease year unless you are approved and sign a new lease at a later time.  Click here to read more information about releasing.  You may view releasing forms by logging into MyDRL and choosing "Commons / Courtyards Re-leasing" under the "Housing Forms and Related Links" section on the right side of the screen.

Applying to The Courtyards - This page is for all new Courtyards applicants trying to lease for the first time. This information also pertains to students being pulled in by current residents.

 Renewal Leasing Information - This page is for CURRENT Courtyards residents interested in returning for the next lease term. Current residents who wish to return may submit an online Renewal Intent Form from this page.

 Study Abroad Students - This page is for PREVIOUS Courtyards residents looking for information on returning to the complex after completing a Study Abroad Program
