When you live at The Courtyards at University of Maryland, you get the convenience
of living next to campus and the privacy of your own apartment!
Our community, located on the College Park campus at the University of Maryland,
is designed to provide
convenience and comfort to our students.
The Courtyards
offers a vast array of residential services and amenities. Our garden-style
apartments range from
990 to 1,489 square feet and each comfortably furnished
apartment has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
as well
as large living and dining areas. Additionally, each apartment features
a full-size washer
and dryer, internet connectivity, intrusion alarms and
local phone service.
Central to the community is a clubhouse that offers residents a game room,
a fitness center, private study rooms, a computer lab, a swimming pool with sun
deck, and a sand volleyball court.
Our Study Rooms and high-speed internet
connection make getting your school work done a snap. And when it's time to relax,
roommates, friends, campus activities and downtown College park are close by to
meet all of your social needs.

Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Summer Hours for "After Hours" Desk:
Monday- Thursday: 6:00pm-10:00pm
Friday: Closed
Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am-10:00pm
